The Gilbane | Turner Team The joint venture team of Gilbane | Turner, in association with 34 Group and Arc Building Partners, was selected by the Buffalo Bills to provide construction management services for their new NFL Stadium at Orchard Park. The full project team also includes the project management firm, Legends Project Development, and Populous as the designer.

​Initial evaluation  is conducted to assess the level of our contractors readiness, i.e. (OSHA 30, TWIC, etc.)  This is to see if they have all required documents to be a viable business.(collaboration or partnership) ​

Certification and Contract Management

Once the assessment service is completed the QMG team will address areas where a business(es) falls short or areas of weakness exist.
We then provide you with the necessary training so you are ready to compete against other construction companies to meet and exceed their expectations

​Skill Three
Construction Consulting Services  

Consulting services is provided to assess compliance and certification levels ( DBE, 8A and M/WBE).  Policy and Procedures, Employee handbook, Safety Procedures, AAP/EEO,  CCS- Corporate Capabilities Statement, OSHA logs documentations are readily available for General Contractors and Developers to review and consider for subcontracting opportunities.
